School Profile

Island View School, located in the West Side of Saint John, is a K-5 school constructed in 1972. It serves a large geographical area that extends from Musquash to Manchester Avenue.
This report card summarizes the results of the Grade 2 and 4 Language Arts and Grade 5 Mathematics Provincial Assessments, as well as the Grade 3 District 8 Mathematics Assessment.
Parent School Support Committee
Parents play a vital role in the governance of New Brunswick schools, through District Education Councils at the district level and through Parent School Support Committees at the school level.
Island View Home and School Association
The Island View Home and School Association was established in 1989. The goal of the association is to foster a positive partnership between parents and teachers, resulting in a positive learning experience for our children.
